Klausuler

Angitt nedenfor er en rekke klausuler som forholder seg til ansvar pådratt av oss, iFinger Limited ( "iFinger"), mens du bruker iFinger-nettstedet ( the "Site") og programvare tilgjengelig fra nettstedet ( the "Products" ). Disse klausulene inngår i vilkårene for iFinger.

Liability

1. You expressly agree that your use of and browsing of the Site and Products are at your own risk. While iFinger uses its reasonable efforts to ensure that any materials or software downloaded from its Site or Products do not include viruses or defects we make no warranties or representations that its Site or Products are free from defects or viruses. We assume no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damage caused by any viruses that may infect your computer equipment through your access to, use of, or browsing in the Site or your downloading of any software, materials or Products accessed from the Site.
5. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service we make no representations or warranties that the Site and any Products will be uninterrupted or error free. We assume no responsibility for the security of the Site or Products or for any disruption of the Site or Products, however caused, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material when downloaded onto any computer system.
6. We have no control over third party content and information which can be accessed using the Site or Products. We do not examine or edit the use to which you or others put this service or the nature of the content or information being accessed, and are excluded from all liability of any kind arising from such content or information.

We make no representation that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations and other countries. Those who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
10. We neither warrant nor represent that your use of materials displayed on the Site will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with us.
11. You agree that except for death or personal injury arising through our negligence, we shall not be liable whatever for any loss or direct, consequential or incidental damage relating to the Site or Products (whether foreseeable or not), including without limitation, the use or inability to use the Site or Products. You will remain responsible and liable for material you upload on to or access from the Site or Products and you will indemnify us in the manner set out below in relation to your accessing or uploading.

Indemnity

1. You agree to indemnify, keep indemnified, defend and hold iFinger and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers and licensors (collectively the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liability, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) (whether or not foreseeable or avoidable) incurred or suffered by any Indemnified Party and any claims or legal proceedings which are brought or threatened arising from your use of, connection with or conduct on the Site or Products or any breach by you of the Terms and Conditions.
2. iFinger reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to co-operate with our defence of such claim.
